Tim Fisher

President

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 1991

Tim has been an integral part of Rivers Electrical since 1991, bringing over three decades of industry experience to his leadership role. As President, he oversees the company’s general management and operations, playing a hands-on role in everything from estimating and preconstruction to project management. A licensed electrician since 1986, Tim’s career at Rivers has encompassed a variety of key positions, including Project Foreman, General Superintendent, Project Manager, and Vice President of Operations. His expertise and commitment ensure the success of projects and the continued growth of the company.

Matt Edwards

Project Manager

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 2003

Matt oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution throughout every phase. His responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, labor and material forecasting, permitting, scheduling, material procurement, billing, quality control, scope change management, and project closeout procedures. He also enforces strict adherence to Rivers Electricals’ safety program. With over 20 years at Rivers, Matt’s career has progressed from apprentice to electrician, project foreman, and Project Manager, equipping him with comprehensive expertise in all facets of project management.

Chris Meagher

General Superintendent / Safety Director

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 1996

Chris provides leadership and direct oversight for all field operations and personnel. He regularly visits project sites to assess site conditions, logistics, coordination, schedules, equipment and manpower needs, as well as quality control. In addition to his field leadership, Chris directs the company’s safety program and is hands-on in its implementation and supervision. With nearly 30 years at Rivers, Chris has built a deep knowledge of the industry, having previously worked as an apprentice, electrician, and foreman before taking on his current role as General Superintendent.

Peter Jordan

Vice President - Construction

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 1994

Peter has been a dedicated member of the Rivers Electrical team since 1994, contributing more than 30 years of expertise to the company. As Vice President of our Construction Division, he oversees all projects from inception to completion. His responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, labor and material forecasting, permitting, scheduling, procurement, billing, quality control, scope changes, and project closeout procedures. Over the course of his career at Rivers, Peter has excelled in various roles, including Apprentice, Electrician, Service Technician, Project Foreman, Project Manager, and now Vice President. His extensive experience, leadership, and attention to detail are key to the success of every project he leads.

Aaron Consalvi

Project Manager / BIM Coordinator

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 2002

Aaron oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution at every stage. His responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, labor and material forecasting, permitting, scheduling, material procurement, billing, quality control, scope change management, and project closeout procedures. Like all Rivers employees, Aaron ensures strict adherence to the company’s safety program. With over 20 years at Rivers, his career progression—from apprentice to electrician, project foreman, and now Project Manager—has equipped him with extensive industry knowledge. Additionally, Aaron’s proficiency in CAD and Revit makes him an invaluable and talented BIM Coordinator.

David Leitzke

Service Manager

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 2019

David directs the service and small project division at Rivers Electrical Corporation, managing the delivery of critical electrical services to a range of clients. He collaborates directly with clients to assess and fulfill their ongoing maintenance requirements or by executing small-scale, high-priority projects that demand swift execution and attention to detail. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, David ensures that each project and service is handled with the utmost expertise and professionalism.

Russell Hatch

Vice President - preconstruction / Estimating

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 1999

Russell oversees business development, preconstruction services, cost estimating, design optimization, value engineering, and schedule analysis. He also manages vendor and subcontractor selection processes. With over 25 years at Rivers, Russell’s career progression—from apprentice to electrician, project foreman, project manager, junior estimator, and estimator—provides him with a well-rounded perspective on all aspects of preconstruction, conceptual estimating, scheduling, and procurement.

Joe Bellantoni

Project Manager

Joe manages and oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and successful execution. Laurie Madore

Controller

Rivers Electrical Employee Since 2022

With over 25 years of experience in construction accounting and finance, Laurie serves as the Controller at Rivers Electrical Corporation. She is responsible for overseeing all financial policies, including financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, job cost analysis, and tax planning. Laurie also plays a key role in maintaining relationships with customers, banks, bonding and insurance companies, subcontractors, and vendors. Additionally, she oversees the Human Resources Department, ensuring that both financial operations and personnel management align with the company’s objectives.
